The FIRST not LAST Theatre company was founded in early 2005 by Annie Wallace as an actors' co-operative, with the intention of producing new plays, or contemporary adaptations of existing theatrical scripts or screenplays.

The formation of the company was, in part, a reaction to the frustration of being a year out of drama school with very little genuine work on offer.

Annie's many skills and extensive experience in the arts inevitably means that she undertakes the burden of the technical and production work, but everybody pulls together as a team and each member has other skills to bring to the company.
